How to prepare 1 serving
1 tablespoon pudding mix (10 g)
150 ml liquid of your choice: milk, plant-based drink or water
Sweetener of your choice, such as agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar or date powder
Pour about 20 ml of the liquid into a bowl. Add 10 g of pudding mix and stir until fully dissolved.
Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add your preferred amount of sweetener. Heat while stirring until the liquid comes to the boil and the sweetener has dissolved.
Reduce to low heat. Slowly pour in the dissolved pudding mixture while stirring vigorously until thickened.
Transfer to a dessert bowl and enjoy warm or chilled.
